MEMBERSHIP
All GAT members are licensed under the Regulation of Fiduciaries, Administration Businesses and Company Directors, etc. (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2000 either as Full licensees or as Personal licensees.
Full Fiduciary licenses are only granted to companies or partnerships whilst Personal Fiduciary licenses are granted to individuals in respect of a restricted scope of fiduciary activity, as described below. Full Fiduciary licenses cover the broad spectrum of trusteeship, directorship and associated administrative services.

INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP (holding Personal Fiduciary licenses)
Personal licensees are licensed to act professionally as company director, trustee (provided not as sole trustee), trust protector or executor of a Will.
